The Rest

The Rest is a private stop on the trail. Members know where it is. Frank keeps the water hot, the coffee on and the door open - usually in that order.
Membership is free. It gets you the location, a warm shower after a long run and the knowledge that someone knows you're out there.
There is currently a short waiting list.
Frank has kept The Rest since before most of our members knew what a trail shoe was.
He walked away from a career in... well nobody's entirely sure what; sometime in the late nineties and hasn't been far from Cinder Track since.
He knows the Surrey Hills, the North and South Downs the way most people know their own street.
Tell him where you want to go and how long you've got. He'll do the rest.
